Positions & Pay

Lead Teachers (Preschool & Pre-K)

Starting at $18.50/hour + Benefits + PTO

Assistant Teachers

Starting at $16.00/hour + Benefits + PTO

(Pay may increase based on experience and credentials.)

Lead Teacher Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging daily instruction through play-based, age-appropriate learning
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, including evaluations and report cards
  • Create a safe, structured, nurturing classroom environment
  • Support children’s social-emotional growth and kindergarten readiness
  • Collaborate closely with assistant teachers to build an exceptional classroom team
Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

  • Support the Lead Teacher with classroom routines, activities, and transitions
  • Help maintain a warm, positive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with children and fellow staff
  • Contribute to a supportive and professional team culture
Qualifications

  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
  • Strong communication, dependability, and a collaborative mindset
  • A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
PA Clearances are not required before hire — we cover the cost if needed.
